The whole process of ordering. paying for and receiving was excellent! Because of our location. much of our supply has to be shipped to us. Same as the last wheel that you sent. This wheel was damaged in shipping also. We would like to return it and get a replacement again. I would think you would pack the wheel better so they have a less chance of damaging it
