Wheel arrived on time with no issues. Replaced a damaged wheel on my Acura RDX. My only issue was that it was just placed in a box and shipped. No protection inside the box . I purchased a replacement wheel from another vendor and it was shipped in a fabric sock and packing material to keep it from sliding around in the box. Thought I'd at least get some sort of protection inside the box for $226

one front rim came in smashed and the lug nuts are loose . I had to spend an hour and straighten it out , now i have to epoxy in the nuts
