Wheels need to be Packaged More Securely To Prevent Damage... Not just Thrown in a Flimsy Box with No Protection From Shipping...I Received My Rim With Some Rub scratches on Hub Area of the Show Side... It Just about ready to cut Trough the Box.

Was not the dimensions the website said it was and when I called to return it they didn’t believe be and made me jump through hoops until they admitted they were wrong
Ordered one wheel. UPS driver dropped the box with the wheel and therefore scratched the wheel. He dropped the box because the tape wasn’t strong enough to keep it intact. Shipped the damaged wheel back. Return was easy. Received replacement new wheel in a timely manner. Overall, the shipping box could be secured better.
