Open Box Item Return Policy

Open Box items can be returned under the following conditions. 

• If the received wheel condition is unable to function mechanically and is not suitable for road use. 
• If the corresponding tire can not be pressurized. 
• If the visual condition of the wheel shows multiple markings larger than 1.5” inches in diameter.
• Extreme curb rash.

In this case, we will offer a full refund that can be either applied to an account balance or a future order. This amount can also be held in a credit balance inside the account until the customer needs to process another order. Due to the cost constraints of additional handling, we are not able to offer the same return experience as a new wheel. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
