What is your return policy?


Return Window: 30 days full product warranty

Road Ready’s focus is on customer service and buyer confidence. That is why we offer a hassle-free return process.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be in the form of your order number, which can be found on your invoice.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund within five business days, please contact us at [email protected] and will be happy to assist!

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at [email protected], and if your exchange request is approved, we will ship you out a new item. We will also provide the return shipping label if the error was due to shipping damage or our fulfillment.

Depending on where you are shipping from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return Shipping Address

Before sending the wheel back, please reach out to our Support Team who will supply you with a return label (costs vary depending on size of the wheel) which will be deducted from the total amount.

Refunds will be for the invoiced price of the item less the return label fee.

Please provide five full business days for us to receive the item, actual time will vary based on shipping location.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
